Shipping

Mastercare charges a delivery fee for shipping products. Mastercare aims to deliver your order within 3-5 days. If a product is not in stock, the expected delivery time will be included in your ordering status. However, the maximum delivery time is 30 days. If this is not the case due to circumstances, Mastercare will notify you on time. You then have the right to break the agreement or agree upon a new delivery time with Mastercare, according to the law of buying at a distance. You can also pick up your order in Amsterdam. In this case we will contact you to make a pickup appointment.

Returning

We do everything we can to deliver a perfect product to you. If, however, you are not satisfied with (part of) your order, you can return these products within 7 days after recieving them. This can only be done after written notification to Mastercare, which can be sent via email (contact@mastercareshop.nl). Please add the confirmation of your order and your bank account. Also inform us of the reason for returning the products so we can make our service and products better. As soon as we have recieved your package in good conditions, we will transfer the money (excluding the sending costs) within 30 days to your bank account.

Warranty

Please notify Mastercare in writing of possible complaints or incomplete deliveries within 7 working days. This has to be done with a written motivation. If it is clear that the products are not according to the agreement, Mastercare has the choice to replace the specific products by new ones after they have been returned, or refund the products and the sending costs at the same price that the customer payed for it. This will be done in cooperation with the producer of the products, to see if warranty applies to the specific circumstances. Mastercare will contact the distributor to find the right solution and we will always try to keep you satisfied.
